The Life Academy LLC is a wholly owned company of LifeWay Counseling Centers Inc. We provide nonclinical individual life coaching and are developing educational resources that bring together personal growth, emotional and relational wellness, physical well-being, and Christian spiritual formation.
Available now: Individual life coaching
One-on-one coaching helps individuals clarify priorities, set goals, navigate life transitions, strengthen relationships, and develop practical strategies for personal growth. Coaching is scheduled directly with the coach. Fees are communicated before a session and payments are requested through secure invoices.

Payments and customer support
Life Academy coaching services are billed in U.S. dollars (USD). Clients receive the agreed price and service details before payment. Our staff may send a secure Stripe invoice or payment link directly to the client. This website does not collect payment-card information.

Policies & important information
Cancellation and rescheduling
For individual coaching sessions, please contact us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. Requests are handled individually with the coach. If any cancellation or missed-session fee applies, it will be communicated before the appointment is booked. For future seminars or programs, any event-specific cancellation terms will be provided before registration or purchase.
Refunds and payment questions
If you believe a payment was made in error, have a billing concern, or wish to request a refund, please contact us with your name and the date of the transaction. Requests are reviewed individually in light of the service provided and any terms communicated before payment. Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. Future paid events, publications, or digital programs will have their own terms disclosed before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
Privacy and payment security
When you contact Life Academy or arrange a service, we may receive your name, contact information, scheduling information, and billing details. We use that information to respond to inquiries, arrange services, send invoices, maintain business records, and address payment questions. We may share information with service providers when needed for these purposes. Card payments are handled on Stripe-hosted secure payment pages; this page does not request or store complete card numbers. If we later offer newsletters, subscribers will be able to choose whether to receive them and unsubscribe. For questions about your information, contact us using the details below. Please do not send sensitive medical or mental-health information through ordinary email.
Educational and coaching services
Life Academy life coaching and educational content are not medical care, psychotherapy, or mental-health treatment, and do not replace services from a licensed healthcare professional. Clinical services, when requested, are handled separately by LifeWay Counseling Centers Inc.
